Terms and Conditions
These terms and conditions are the competition rules (“rules”) by completing and submitting the survey prior to the closing date you will be automatically entered into the competition, you will be deemed to have accepted the terms and conditions and to have agreed to be bound by them.
The competition is open to residents in the UK and Ireland aged 18 years or over
Entries are limited to one per person
No purchase is necessary for entry to the prize draw, simply complete and submit the visitor survey
All entries must be submitted via the official competition website, entries submitted by any other method will not be accepted
The closing date for all entries is midnight Friday 5 March 2010. The prize draw will take place on or before Friday 12th March 2010.
The winner will be selected at random, incomplete, inappropriate or offensive entries will not be accepted. The winner will be contacted by the email address they submitted upon entry. If no reply has been received within 28 days, then a new name will be selected at random
The prize(s) for the prize draw consists of a one touch jar opener. The winner will be selected at random on a first selected basis

There is no cash alternative to any of the prizes on offer and you are not permitted to exchange the prize

For the avoidance of doubt Funky Arthur shall not be responsible for any entry that fails to be submitted before the closing date.
Any entry which is damaged defaced. Illegible, incomplete or which otherwise does not comply with the terms and conditions hereunder may be deemed as invalid at the sole discretion of the Funky Arthur.
If there is any dispute as to the identity of the person submitting the entry, that entry will be treated as though submitted by the account holder of the e-mail account.
Funky Arthur reserves the right to alter these terms and conditions at any time without giving prior notice.
